Circa 2013/2014, I went to BJ BMW and my experience did not go well. The Salesperson was not welcoming and to be honest, made me feel like I could not afford a BMW. I told myself I would NEVER step into this dealership again. Since then, I have leased two BMW's from Laurel BMW of Westmont. The irony of the situation is that my original Salesperson left Laurel around 2018 (before the end of my lease on a 2017 X3). As we approached the end of my lease on the 2017 X3, I was getting a similar attitude from my new Laurel Salesperson that I had received from BJ BMW back in 2013/2014; I was not happy. I even reached out to Schererville BMW and Sharpe BMW (MI), which was another waste of time. I was even considering jumping to another make. However, after visiting Chrysler and Ford in Naperville, my wife talked me into giving BJ BMW another shot. I was certainly hesitant, but regardless we went in. Right off the bat, it felt different and the team at the front desk was pleasant and inviting. I was introduced to Bill Earnest and the process began. Bill was open, honest, and real. It felt like he sincerely wanted to help. The complete opposite from 2013/2014...it was weird. I shared with Bill my previous experience at BJ BMW. Bill assured me that things have changed since then, and that the current team was very family oriented. Bill provided multiple options and, in the end, directed me to build my own BMW, which is what we went with. Glad I took the recommendation of my wife and glad I was introduced to Bill Earnest. BMW Survey team - In my opinion, Bill Earnest is a tremendous asset to the BJ BMW team. If you can clone his working style and ethics, BJ BMW will be unstoppable. My experience at Bill Jacob’s BMW was amazing. All of their staff was polite and courteous. When I went to the dealership for the first time, they were appointment only but they still found someone to he their staff was polite and courteous. Once you are assigned an advisor, you can text that specific person whenever if you have questions or want to proceed further. I really liked that bc I like text messaging compared to email. I find it more convenient and you tend to get a quicker response that way. You don’t see that kinda system at other car companies. My sales rep name was Omer. He was very patient, polite, and very knowledgeable. If he didn’t know the answer to my question, which was rare then he found someone who could and he would get an answer for me quickly. Even thought I started my car search very early in terms of when I wanted the car, he was patient and did not push me to buy the car early. Most sales people try to shove down a sale in your throat and keep on calling you until u buy. He didn’t do any of that which I appreciated. He also saved me money by helping me avoid buying features in packages that I do not need and when it was time to buy the car, he got me the deal I wanted. Lastly what I love about this particular dealership is that they have white glove service. So they will bring a loaner to you, take ur car to the dealership for service and then bring it back. No need to take time of your day to drop ur car for service. Super convenient! If you want to buy or try out a BMW, I would go to Bill Jacob’s BMW in Naperville. You will not be disappointed More

I recently leased an 8 series from Bill Jacobs BMW. I had the utmost pleasure of working with Shaun Patterson and Mike Alder. They are both really easy to work with and I was able to finalize a deal over ema the utmost pleasure of working with Shaun Patterson and Mike Alder. Everything was as promised when it came time to sign the papers (Most important bit). There were a few challenges during car pick-up and delivery (I live a few hours from Chicago, nobody's fault, just issues of timing which were beyond any single person's control), but Shaun was really involved in the whole process and listened to me patiently and helped me out even when I got a little anxious. They both went above and beyond to make sure I had a stellar experience. I would recommend them both whole heartedly because they are genuinely concerned about the customer and providing a good car buying experience. More
