I worked with Preston O’Sadnick at Bill Jacobs BMW on the purchase of a 2025 M340i xDrive. Preston was always professional, positive, and accommodating as we worked to find the right car for me. I was orig purchase of a 2025 M340i xDrive. Preston was always professional, positive, and accommodating as we worked to find the right car for me. I was originally looking for a used vehicle but decided to buy new instead. There was one 2024 M340i xDrive on the lot that suited my needs, but I dragged my feet and someone else reserved it. I ended up customizing and reserving an inbound unit. At no point did Preston ever try to up-sell or pressure me to buy. I completed the order on August 11 and was given a late October, early November timeframe for delivery. The manufacturing and shipping Fates aligned, and the car arrived September 24. I took delivery on the 25th. There was always clear communication and updates provided by Preston, as well as the General Manager, Mike Alder. Preston went beyond what I’ve experienced from other salespeople to earn my business, and I received a substantial discount off MSRP. I know the dealership still made a solid profit, but I feel the deal was very fair. During the purchase process, everything went very smoothly and quickly. I worked with April in Finance, who was also very professional and efficient. She went over the various incentive packages and was willing to discuss “a la carte options.” We even negotiated a discount on the wheel, tire, windshield, paintless dent repair, and key package. Again, there was no pressure to buy any of the incentive or warranty packages. I highly recommend Bill Jacobs BMW overall and Preston O’Sadnick, in particular. More

From the day we requested a test drive all the way to the day we picked up the new car Giovonna was very responsive to emails the Bill Jacobs Team. She was very knowledgeable about the car and the features during our test drive and was able to help us find the exact car we were looking for. We were always welcomed right when we walked into the dealership from the greeter team which was also nice. The whole process was very smooth and we felt good when we left. We would recommend Bill Jacobs and definitely Giovonna to anyone looking for a new BMW. More
