I stopped in on a whim in late July 2024 and told him immediately that I live out of state and won't be buying a car but asked to test drive. Bill was understanding, patient, and highly knowledgeable. I was so impressed with the 2025 BMW X5 and Bill's amazing service, I came back the next day to order one that had to arrive on the lot in 4 weeks or my return to FL plans would be delayed. Bill made sure that beautiful new car made it in time. Bill is fantastic, the dealership is friendly and welcoming, and the custom-ordered X5 is BEE-U-T-FUL. Thank you Bill Earnest and the entire Bill Jacobs BMW crew! More

Both my father and myself drove from Milwaukee to buy our cars from Bill Jacobs BMW. We both had the pleasure of working with Jose Vargas and our experience was outstanding. While there are other BMW dealers cars from Bill Jacobs BMW. We both had the pleasure of working with Jose Vargas and our experience was outstanding. While there are other BMW dealerships much closer to our houses, it is well worth the trip to Naperville to work with Jose and the entire team here. Even Team Harry came through for us in a big way!
