This place should get zero stars if that was an option. I will never buy a car from this dealership again. They called themselves the biggest dealership of the Midwest area. Their service is worse than a bargain basement used car dealership. As soon as they’ve made the sale, they stop replying back to phone calls or replying back to emails. They never pick up the phone no matter what you have to ask them. At this point I am waiting for weeks for their finance manager Aldijana Hodzic to either pick up the phone or reply back to the email that I sent her. I even had their front desk connect me to her partner who does not pick up his phone or reply back to the voicemail. Overall pretty terrible BMW dealership. I had similar kind of problem when I had initially leased the car three years back as they had messed up my registration and nobody would reply back to me or pick up my calls. At that time I had chalked it all up to perhaps my file falling in through the cracks. But this happening again at the time of my car sale after buyout makes me think this is a systemic problem where this dealership is only interested in selling a car and as soon as you’ve signed the paperwork, they turn off their phones stop replying to emails and they don’t give a xxxx about you or if you have any problem that needs addressing. I had so much better experience with my local dealership on my current car purchase. I’m happy with BMW as a brand, but I will never provide my business to this dealership again. And I will make sure that all of my colleagues who buy BMW never go to Bill Jacobs BMW dealership. More
