I bought a truck here and wouldn't recommend Bill Kay Honda to anyone. We waited 3 hours for the financing and then Ed Hanahan decided to put gap insurance on the lien. I didn't ask for it the lien holde Honda to anyone. We waited 3 hours for the financing and then Ed Hanahan decided to put gap insurance on the lien. I didn't ask for it the lien holder didn't require it he just thought I'll add 1200 dollars to this note. So he says it's been canceled but I can't find proof of that. The manager Jeff Linder was suppose to call me and talk to me about it but guess what he's never called. We've bought about 20 cars in the last 22 years and this was the worst dealership experience we've ever had very unethical and dishonest. Disappointment and disgust doesn't even come close to our experience. More

1st time visiting this dealership, worked with Karen who was great. I would recommend her for she answer all of our question on the Honda Passport Tailsport, she even called me the next day to see how I li was great.
