I was undecided on a few specs on my new Honda but Bert Trvz took the time to help me make the right decisions. In order to help speed up the finance part of buying a car, Bert took the initiative to have me fill out paperwork ahead of time to reduce the amount of time spent at the dealership. Overall a good experience. Vehicle had to be brought in from another dealer, and it and when it was inspected it was determined when the other dealer filled the tank, he inadver Vehicle had to be brought in from another dealer, and it and when it was inspected it was determined when the other dealer filled the tank, he inadvertently put in bad gas. This forced me to have to wait a couple of days while the fuel system was drained and cleaned which obviously I was not happy about. This obviously was not their fault, and the service department seems to have done an excellent job of correcting the problem. More

2013 CRV Torque converter went out at 85,000 miles. I expected more from a Honda product.
