This is my first great experience with buying cars as previously I have couple of representatives those would be either rushing out to make more sales and pay no attention to clarify the concerns or they keep selling you some stuff that I don't require. We buy a lot of vehicles through our business, and I did not appreciate his tactics nor his personality. Would probably not purchase here again because of him. More

Blame and misinformation When trying to get an oil change, was told on a Saturday they were done for the day at 5pm but when I called was told they were done taking oil change When trying to get an oil change, was told on a Saturday they were done for the day at 5pm but when I called was told they were done taking oil changes and it was 315pm. So I was told Monday was first come first serve. Monday, husband took car at 3pm and he was told they had no time to do oil change should've made appointment. Next available appointment was now Wednesday. Took car at 215pm for 230pm appt Wednesday and didn't get done til 4pm. Left shop, heard a mouse, took car back and was told they couldn't hear the noise, must be something else, wasn't there fault. Mechanic said it looked like tore was bent they couldn't do anything, mind you the noise wasn't there when we took car in. So they moved the tires back to position before rotation and said that's all they could do. Inconvenient, and very disappointing More
