Eight years ago I went to this dealership to purchase a automobile and the salesman was so negative that I left and bought my toyota elsewhere. He even got the manager to come and assure me of their commitment. Will was extremely helpful, in getting me a deal that I could live with and in helping me decide which automobile that I wanted. I was having a hard time deciding between a 2012 Mitsubishi and a 2011 Toyota Rav 4. The Toyota won out and I am really pleased with my choice. Darrell Green was our sales person. This was not the first time we had worked with him. We had contacted him a couple of times in the past in search of different cars we were interested in. I went to the used car side of the dealership and met Mike Mendez. I told him I was interested in an SUV and he asked if I knew anything about the Mitsubishi Outlander and I said no. He showed me the vehicle and said I'd get a lot of vehicle for the price. I drove it and had to think about the vehicle because I had a RAV4 in mind. I came back a few days later and this time went to the new car sales department and told them that I was looking for Mike Mendez, since I had already talked with him. I was told Mike was with a customer and couldn't assist me, so Frank Munoz came and talked to me about the quality of the RAV4 compared to other SUV's. I told him I'd like to drive one so he showed me some models on the lot and I picked one to test drive. When I returned I knew the RAV4 was the vehicle I wanted. We then looked at the rest of the inventory and I decided on a Pearl White one. Frank was very cordial and didn't pressure me into anything. Our intentions were to check out the possibility of trading in our 2010 Toyota Highlander (with which we were completely satisfied) to get a 2011 or 2012 Toyota Sienna just to have the extra room (come trading in our 2010 Toyota Highlander (with which we were completely satisfied) to get a 2011 or 2012 Toyota Sienna just to have the extra room (comes in handy with two kids when you travel a lot). The trade-in evaluation was quick and painless and the "haggle" over the pricing of the Toyota Sienna was quick and to the point. They offered a fair value for my trade and a decent price on the 2011 Sienna we ware looking at. The actual process of buying the vehicle was very quick and flowed very well from beginning to end. The service transition from sales to finance and back to sales for completion was handled very well and we were left waiting for a very minimal amount of time. The services offered and the customer service received made a difference to us in this buying process. We have a family friend that runs a Toyota dealership and we usually buy all our cars from there since everything is handled before we even arrive and we simply sign the paperwork. When he realized we were trying to decide, he left us alone to discuss it. Once our decision was made, he was efficient getting all the paper work done and getting a good interest rate. Buying a new vehicle these days is a major purchase and a huge decision. Will helped to make that acquisition a positive one.
