I was told the schedule oil change would be 1hr. They stated I need a new air filter which I agree, the service rep said it would be 29 mins. but that took extremely long. My appointment was at 7:45 I did not get out till 10:15. I had to be at another appointment at 11 and this made me late. Then when I got my keys they took off my house keys from my key ring which is very difficult for me to put on. More
