They do a good job with general maintenance. My complaint is that I made an appointment brought my truck in specifically for a recall item. They brought the truck back and then told me they ha My complaint is that I made an appointment brought my truck in specifically for a recall item. They brought the truck back and then told me they had to order the part for the recall. Now I have to come in a second time to have a simple recall item corrected. They should have the part in stock or at least advise the customer at the time the appointment is booked. More

My sales person was very nice, but I think telling us 4 or 5 people were trying to get this car at the same time was over kill, but I guess that's what they do, but she was helpful and made sure I was comf or 5 people were trying to get this car at the same time was over kill, but I guess that's what they do, but she was helpful and made sure I was comfortable in the operations of the car before I left. My finance person, well all I can say is shady as crap. Don't turn over any down payment money or trade ins until you see the total sheet with all charges. I had an issue with my finance person and he said he would make it right, and of course did not. I love the vehicle that I have purchased, but for this dealership 1 out of 10, would not recommend, due to the finance person I was assigned. More
