Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. My service advisor, Johnny, went above and beyond to insure that my F 150 Platinum was repaired at no cost to me. His communication with the warranty company and myself daily until everything was comple insure that my F 150 Platinum was repaired at no cost to me. Bill Utter Ford was great. Danny in Service Department informed me through the entire process for a vehicle I eventually would trade in. Doyle in Sales worked to find a car that worked for me. I had several cars in mind and with his help it made the decision easier. Carl Anderson made a financing option suggestion that helped keep my payments lower now. Even though they will go up in the future I have 3 years to prepare for the increased payments. While I normally would not have used this Flex option, life things came up recently that makes this option work for me now. More
