Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. Brake flush Service time was good. Brake pedal felt spongy. Parking brake needed adjustment. Parking brake is fine but brakes still not as firm as before. Not sur Service time was good. I bought a 2019 Ecosport I've driven a 2008 Fusion for the last decade. I sent it to the service departement for a brake issue. When they told me it would be $1100 worth of work, I new it was time for a new car. I worked with Doyle Chaffin. I had looked at used cars listed online and he gave me honest feedback on the cars I was looking at. I test drove a few cars and ended up liking a 2019 Ecosport the best. It was the only Ecosport they had on the lot and had been a demo car, so I got a very good deal on it. It had everything on my wish list and ended up coming in at the top of what I would be able to pay for a car. I was very satisfied. More
