Service on 10/30/18 I took my 2018 Jeep Renegade (that I bought from Billy Craft) for it’s first oil change on 10/30/18. The service department did not acknowledge me whe I took my 2018 Jeep Renegade (that I bought from Billy Craft) for it’s first oil change on 10/30/18. The service department did not acknowledge me when I walked up to the desk. Some of them were to busy on their cell phones. I stood there for a few minutes looking at them. They were not friendly or welcoming. I had an appointment for 11 am and it still took over an hour to have my oil changed. I was charged $80.05 for an oil change. There was no extra services, they didn’t even vacuumed my Jeep! More
