I went to purchase a vehicle I noticed online at Blade Cheverolet. When I got there I was told by the man who had helped me, that vehicle wasn't available due to some mechanical failure. Tal Pierce instead brought me out a dirty, very stinky of cigarettes SUV that was a nice vehicle, but had very, very high mileage. Tal Pierce talked the talk, was very nice, acted like he was my friend and talked very highly of this suv even though the mileage was high the original owner had purchased it brand new from Blade's and had all the tune-up information so I gave it some thought and put some money down on this suv. I went in one night to bring the suv to my mechanic for a diagnostic test. When I arrived at Blade's James Knutzen was on duty, he didn't smile, he didn't offer me coffee, he didnt ask how I was or anything. I asked him for the keys and told him why I was taking the suv, his response was not a kind one, but it was sarcastic. He told me that if my mechanic does anything to the vehicle or brakes something that I will be responsible. He then turned and walked away. He didn't even wish me a good night. He was and is the most arrogant man I have ever dealt with. I was promised a DEEP CLEANING. Didn't get it. The service department put an ozinator or something inside to get the smoke smell out. It didn't do it's job. I was PROMISED a piece that was broken would be ordered and fixed within the week. The part was never ordered by Tal Pierce or James Knutzen. I had to call and call and call several times and was given the run around by Tal Pierce. He always had an excuse as to why the part hadn't been ordered.And he never returned my phone calls either. Finally after having the suv for over a month, and not having the part fixed I called the parts department and spoke to a very nice girl who took all my information about my suv and within 3 days the part had not only been ordered but was at Blade's waiting to be put in. I will NEVER do business again with Blade Cheverolet as long as those 2 men are employed there. I have told everybody who would listen about how I was treated and how the suv was never cleaned. They, along with my entire family will never go back to Blade's. More

I feel that both gentlemen were very professional and extremely courteous as well as thoughtful and conscious of our wants and needs. This letter is to let everyone concerned know how pleased we are with the excellent service and support we recently received when purchasing our 2002 GMC Sierra on January 20th. We responded to an internet ad and received a prompt e-mail from Doug Williams, Internet Manager, followed by an e-mail and phone call from sales consultant Juan Ibarra. We responded by traveling to the dealership that same day, where Doug introduced us to Juan. This was a significant purchase for us, and over the next three days Juan spent hours with us discussing the merits of the vehicles we were interested in and which would work best for us. Everything from allowing us to test drive the vehicles, discussing trade-in values, and reaching an agreement on the final purchase was handled in a very professional and friendly manner. Juan did a superb job supporting us through this transaction from start to finish. We can state positively that no pressure was applied at any time during this transaction. Juan’s phone call a couple of days after our purchase to see how things were going with the completed transaction was very much appreciated. We also commend Dan Jubie for his support in determining the value of our trade-in, including the pros and cons of doing a trade-in. Bring in Bob Hawkins in the finance office, and Blade Chevrolet assembled an excellent consulting team to work directly with us. We appreciated the 2010 Impala that served as an overnight loaner car while the dealership did some final prep work on the Sierra and prepared our trade-in to sell. Returning the next day, we found we had left the title of the trade-in and other documents at home. This presented no problem from the standpoint of the consulting team. They allowed us to take the Sierra home that day and return the next day with the paperwork. Their response was very much appreciated and reflected a great start on our new relationship. At least one mark of an excellent dealership is how they handle issues between their potential clients and follow up with their new clients. We did have an unusual issue arise during the transaction. Working with the above mentioned team, the issue was discussed and various options were explored. The result was Blade Chevrolet acquiring a new and very satisfied customer. In closing, we are very pleased with the service and support received from the consulting team at Blade Chevrolet and will not hesitate to provide a 5-star reference to anyone who asks, or if we encounter someone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. More
This was the best experience that I have had buying a vehicle. It was great to come into the Tal's office and get the deal done so quickly. I think I was in the dealership for about 2 hours. I went to Blade on Christmas eve day, and was promptly greeted by Roy, who knew I was on my way from our phone conversation from the day before. I had some horrible experiences at other dealerships, but Blade was a breath of fresh air. Blade was able to think outside of the box to make our deal work. They have really surprised my husband and I with their hard work and dedication to supply items that were missing from the truck. I would recommend Blade to anyone! More
Blade Chevrolet was great to work with! We’d found the vehicle we wanted in our local area, but couldn’t get it purchased because of all the “games” the local dealership was playing. A quick internet search showed Blade had a similar vehicle (but better equipped). Roy emailed the information and we discussed the price and trade value over the phone. The price of the new vehicle was excellent (better than the local dealer), and he got us what we wanted for the trade. We made the 260 mile trip to Mt Vernon, and wrapped up the deal. Roy and Doug were fun to work with and gave us honest answers to our questions. They worked hard to get us the car we wanted at an excellent price. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat . More

The Tahoe we bought was missing some important accessories such as the navigation disk, an extra remote, and the owner’s manual. Doug went out of his way to make sure that we ended up with all of accessories such as the navigation disk, an extra remote, and the owner’s manual.
