I went in thinking here we go with high pressure sales but I could not have been more wrong. Tal was great. No pressure, Tal went through my options of vehicles I qualify for and gave me the best price po but I could not have been more wrong. Tal was great. This is the 4th vehical that I have purchased from Blade Chevrolet in the last decade for my family members. I was given immediate attention over their computer IM link at 9 AM, test drove the car at 1PM, Chevrolet in the last decade for my family members. The Tahoe we bought was missing some important accessories such as the navigation disk, an extra remote, and the owner’s manual. Doug went out of his way to make sure that we ended up with all of accessories such as the navigation disk, an extra remote, and the owner’s manual. Located a car they were offering as an online special one evening, Steve Hagen answered the phone, went the extra distance to locate the car and respond to all questions, and then sent a car & driver to Bellevue the next morning so I could drive my purchase home again. Excellent personal kindness and consideration, without the drivel or smarminess often met with here at Bellevue dealerships. Blade was founded 90 years ago, and is one of Mt. Vernon's best kept secrets! Worth the journey north . . . only wish I lived closer for follow up service~~! jsh 10/10 More

Way to high priced, bait and switch tactics I was looking a a 98 chev 4x4 and the salesman quoted me 19,900 so I test drove it and when I said I'd take it we went inside and he said I was mistaken it's 25,90 a a 98 chev 4x4 and the salesman quoted me 19,900 so I test drove it and when I said I'd take it we went inside and he said I was mistaken it's 25,900<br>I said you just lost a customer and went and bought a 2001 F-150 SC 4x4 from Doyle Guffies Rallye Auto for 20,000 <br>I'll never do Business at Blades again.
