My windshield on my car (still under warranty) just randomly cracked when I was sitting in a fast food drive-thru. He was happy to take pictures of it and submit it to Ford, but it got denied bc they said they could see a chip. There is no chip, nothing hit it. Not his fault, but still no help for me. I’m out $400 replacing it when Ford truly should have covered it. More

Broken down on thanksgiving We broke down on thanksgiving morning and was towed by Andy’s. We were traveling from Michigan to Wichita to see family. Not fleet vehicle friendly Don't take your fleet vehicle here unless you have to. Nobody ever calls to let you know the status. I always have to call them. Oil change Went to get oil changed on a Saturday morning, thought it would be long wait. Got right in. Took about 45 minutes overall, not too bad for a weekend. Spent the same amount when I did the service myself. Overall good experience and didn’t feel like I was gouged on the price. More
