A great experience to overcome a possible adversity I would definitely recommend Larry Luther as a sales representative for Blue Springs Ford. He took his time with my daughter and I. We test drove se I would definitely recommend Larry Luther as a sales representative for Blue Springs Ford. He took his time with my daughter and I. We test drove several cars and found the one that she loved. We took it home the same day, filled with gas. She didn't care for the hubcap coverings so they changed them out. After we'd had the car for a week or so we noticed paint chipping. We called the dealership and they allowed us to use our own repair shop and they paid for the entire repair, no questions asked. I had follow-up calls to make sure we were satisfied. Even gave us a loaner car. I will definitely use them again when we begin searching for another vehicle. More
