Service Visit at Boardwalk Ferrari This was my first service visit to Boardwalk in order to have my tires swapped out from Performance to All Season for the upcoming fall and winter. I This was my first service visit to Boardwalk in order to have my tires swapped out from Performance to All Season for the upcoming fall and winter. I had the new tires dropped shipped to the dealership and arranged the service visit with Paul Frey. Paul was very helpful and friendly and after doing the initial walk around and explaining their process, he escorted me to their break / refreshment area, pointed out where the facility restrooms were and then on to the waiting area where I had access to watch TV and/or connect to the dealerships Wifi with my laptop. He came out to give me a status update on my vehicle once it was finished and checked with me to see if I wished to have it washed first. Then took me to their cashier to get finished up. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and it was a pleasant service experience even though my vehicle was not a Ferrari or Maserati. Will be back again. More

I sought out Boardwalk based on their reputation for service and customer orientation. From my first email contact regarding a 488GTB, until delivery, the responsiveness was top notch. Jeff Enderle, my sales specialist, was able to handle all my questions and his follow up was thorough, a true delight. Also, I had the opportuntlity to meet Steve, Larry, Paul in service. After touring the service facility, I am comfortable with my decision to purchase a Ferrari and I know any needed service will be a good experience. Mike was very helpful with the clear bra application and the Expel product looks great. I enjoyed my discussion with Brian Benjamin regarding what's available from Ferrari and his insight on sports cars . More
