I called in advance of going in and spoke to Jeff who was kind and took me seriously. Jeff allowed me and a friend to do the initial test drive at which point I wanted to bring my husband to see the car as well. We ordered the vehicle soon after and Jeff was a true professional through the entire process. Many salespeople that I've dealt with treat my husband with respect and like the key decision maker while leaving me out of the deal and I appreciate that Jeff understood that I was equally involved (if not more) in how this purchase would be made. Great Service on a Classic High Performance Machine Having a rare car of a type that the dealership had not serviced before, Paul made sure to schedule my maintenance on a day that worked for me and whe Having a rare car of a type that the dealership had not serviced before, Paul made sure to schedule my maintenance on a day that worked for me and where he and the person most qualified to work on my car were present. I was concerned as this was the first service after a two-year restoration and rebuild. The service manager personally walked through the car with me showing him specifics of this particular vehicle and asked good clarifying questions to ensure that everything was completed in a satisfactory manner. Paul called me a few hours later to let me know the work was completed and the car was ready to go. When I arrived the service manager summarized the work, which was performed perfectly. Now that the engine is properly broken in and fully serviced, I can drive it the manner it was designed to perform with complete confidence that everything is as it should be under the hood. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Boardwalk to anyone with an uncommon high performance vehicle needing service. As an aside, I had to put "Recreational Vehicle" in the brand box as Jensen was not listed. More
