Worst service ever. Despite having an appointment for my yearly service, tires, and inspection, I had to wait several days to the ineptness in the service department. The main delay appeared to be waiting for windshield wipers from the Dallas Dealer. I left messages which were not returned and any information I did receive was only because I phoned the service department. I am now waiting a few weeks for a refund for overages billed on that day.
