Vivian made an appointment for a diagnostic test and determined the problem was the turbo cut off valve needed to be replaced. The free shuttle to and from work was a huge plus. Thank you! Dave has always made me feel comfortable and secure dealing with VW. This was my second time dealing with Dave and I highly recommend him. Justin was my finance guru. He could not have been nicer and more helpful. Mike Cherico has always been my Service rep. And he is a dream to work with. I have not had a bad experience at VW. Kind, considerate and timely I have had my VW Jetta serviced here several times and it's been fast, friendly and efficient. I was amazed when my 10,000 mile check up came in at $ I have had my VW Jetta serviced here several times and it's been fast, friendly and efficient. I was amazed when my 10,000 mile check up came in at $125. I also recently had my engine light go off and was given a tip to correct it by filling my tank and also assured I could still drive my car. When the gas fill didn't turn off the light, I got in within two days and they completely checked out all my fluids and oil along with fixing the problem, all covered under my warranty. More
