Serv.dept.went above and beyond expectations yesterday while performing service to my truck. They got backed up on the truck lift and offered me a loaner car. I went home and mowed my yard and I then got while performing service to my truck. They got backed up on the truck lift and offered me a loaner car. I went home and mowed my yard and I then got the call, my service was completed. They didn't have to offer me a loaner car. That was superior service. We dont see that everywhere we do business More

Nothing but praise for Ferrando ford world. They gave me 3 free oil changes when I purchased my car,to be used within 1 year. It was a year and 3 months and they still honored my 3rd oil change.
