Excellent Service I have been coming there over roughly 8 years. I make the drive from Erie because I trust them, and that is hard to come by. Arlind especially has always gone above and beyond in explaining things and making the process easy. I know I could sometimes get service cheaper or closer to where I live, but it is worth the drive. I feel terrible that I can not think of her name but the woman in the checkout area of service is also amazing!! Her and Arlind are true assets to your organization and Ferando should go above and beyond to keep them. More

While the service was excellent, I am still totally disappointed that there was no resolution as promised by the salesperson to procure and install the part.
