Service department lost my keys after dropping my car off on a friday and supposed to be getting an oil change on Saturday. They never called me ultimately I called them at 2pm and they never called me back on a friday and supposed to be getting an oil change on Saturday. The service department is thr best. They did call me back to confirm which pair of shocks needed to be preordered/prepaid so that the SUV would pass PA state inspection.
