John Barney runs his service department like a fine oiled machine. When I have an issue, as soon as I arrive at my appointment time, they take my car and immediately begin working on it. They fixed the issues even tho it had to go back a month later due to the same issues. The only thing I'm not happy about is that they broke the Joker that hangs from the mirror.
