I left the car all day and they didn’t look at it until Saturday morning. this is the second time I’ve left a car all day for an appointment and it wasn’t looked at. One person told me their specialist is on vacation. Another one told me the specialist is out of town for training. Either way this dealer needs to learn how to schedule. And of course they didn’t acknowledge any issue with transmission even though there is obvious delayed/slow shifting. still under warranty with 23,000 miles. More

Great dealers poor service center Went for a New York State inspection and to have a tire pressure sensor replaced. After 2 and a half hours an oil change was performed that had never Went for a New York State inspection and to have a tire pressure sensor replaced. After 2 and a half hours an oil change was performed that had never been discussed and I got in the car to realize the tire pressure sensor had not been fixed. A week later spoke with service manager Chris Codd who told me to bring the car in and they would fix the issue and Chris had something “really nice” planned for me. When I went to the dealership at the agreed upon time to pick up my rental and meet with Chris he shook my hand said someone else would take care of me and sat at his desk to make calls. I waited 45 minutes for a rental car that we had previously discussed, and when I picked the car up all that was done was the sensor being fixed. No refund for an oil change I didn’t ask for. No apology, very little interaction with the service manager who was taking care of the situation and nothing “really nice” was done. I would go there to work with the dealers but will NEVER go there for any service. More

If you have a late morning appt, you’re not guaranteed a vehicle. I’d never heard of that type of process before. Most auto dealers are advertising free loaners. When I picked up my car there were oily hand prints on the door and dirt on the seat. The interior of my car is bright red. When I brought the dirt on the seat to an attendant’s attention, he wiped it up right away. I didn’t notice the oily handprints on the door until I was pulling away. At that point, I was just irritated. Somehow the seat adjustments were also reset. More
