No Hassle I shopped around quite a lot looking for a car. I had to haggle and argue with the car dealer just to get the price closer to the average car price. At Dorchel they were already under cutting the average price by $1000 dollars. Sales person was great and did not try to over sell anything. More

long, long day Our salesman Doug was a pretty cool guy. He was helpful and answered most of our questions. Where it got stressful was when Mark came in and pitched Our salesman Doug was a pretty cool guy. He was helpful and answered most of our questions. Where it got stressful was when Mark came in and pitched the exact same spiel about extra 5 year coverage that Doug had pitched. I felt my eyes glaze over while Mark went on and on in a torrent of words. We had declined the 5 year coverage the first time, and were not about to change our minds. I had hoped Dorschel would be a different sales experience (which is why I drove from Buffalo to buy my car with you guys), but it proved to be the same good guy/bad guy salesman BS I've been through time and time again... Please respect it when your customer says "no" the first time. We're not idiots or children. Believe it or not we've thought quite a bit about our purchase, our finances, and the drawbacks/benefits of additional coverage. We did not want it. Period. Move on. We arrived at 11 am and walked out with a certified used Prius C 2013 at 4:30pm. Not once were we offered coffee or tea or anything at all. 5.5 hours seems excessive to test drive and purchase a certified car, and we got home feeling mentally and physically exhausted from the experience. Again, overall Doug was great and very helpful, so I'm not complaining at all about his work. But you guys need to cut out the extra coverage hard sell crap with a second salesman. It's really annoying. The other thing I'm frustrated about is that the glove box kept popping open during the test drive. Doug had it worked on in the shop but it has popped open twice since I brought the car home on 10/10/15. I e-mailed Dorschel about this a few days ago but haven't heard anything yet. UPDATE 10/16/15: Still no response from Dorschel Toyota management about the glove box. More
