Frustrating Car Buying Experience I originally worked with a salesperson that I found to be respectful, patient and nice. I went back after a few weeks to meet with her again only to I originally worked with a salesperson that I found to be respectful, patient and nice. I went back after a few weeks to meet with her again only to show up on her day off. So, i met with a different sales agent. I told him that I only wanted to test drive the car because I had full intentions of only working with my original female sales agent. It also happened to be the last day of the month. Well, that turned out to be disastrous. I have learned NEVER to visit a car dealership on the last day of the month. The salesperson was so pushy, aggressive and rude to get me to buy a car. He almost ruined the deal and gave me a very bitter taste in my mouth for that dealership. I had to speak at great length with the manager and against my better judgement I went back to the dealership. I was told I would get an extra hundred dollar for my trade in value, which I never got. I was also told by the manager that he would buy us a gift card for our horrible experience. To date, I haven't gotten that either. I honestly don't know if I would ever go back. Although they pride themselves on not having pushy, commissioned sales people, that is exactly what I got! I got a pushy, rude, aggressive sales person who may not have been working off of commission, but he certainly wanted to get his sales points up by the end of the month and left me in tears in the process. More
