Prior to our latest purchase I spent many hours looking at many different types of automobiles. My Wife and I spent a few days test driving various makes and models, Ford, Mazda, Nissen, Lexus, Chevy, Toyota, etc. When we finally decided to purchase, we were fortunate enough to have Eliseo Mercado assigned as our Sales Consultant. Not only did he make the process of buying a new car a pleasant experience, he was also very knowledgeable of all the steps in the process. His knowledge of the RAV4 made it simple for us to understand the workings of the entire automobile. His ability to make my Wife and I comfortable throughout the process was a plus.
