If possible, I wanted to be in that new car before the weekend, which meant I had three days with which to work. Joe Roides, who handled my sale, not only sold me my car ON MY LUNCH HOUR, but he set things up so that the options packages I bought (stain guard for inside the vehicle, rustproofing and paint protection outside) were done over the afternoon. By the time I came in to pick up the car in the evening on the same day, everything was set up and I was ready to go. I couldn't be happier with the sales experience, which was fast and efficient. They told me what they would give me for my trade with no games. I would highly recommend Frank Montalbano and his whole team. They could easily stiffed me for a $1000 but they were honest. I cant believe it. In over 30 years of buying cars I have NEVER had some one come back and give me a price less than I agreed to. I will tell everyone I know especially anyone who doesn't want to screw around with the back a forth game playing I had with the other 3 dealers. By the way the service is awesome too. More
