A change for the better. I got teased quite a bit for buying 2012 Rav4 of the same color as my 2004 Rav4. I looked at other vehicles but, my experience with Toyota reliability I got teased quite a bit for buying 2012 Rav4 of the same color as my 2004 Rav4. I looked at other vehicles but, my experience with Toyota reliability kept bringing me back to Toyota. Since I wanted a mid sized SUV the Rav4 was the obvious choice. I even used the same sales person Mark Fujimura. What wasn't the same was how the dealership operates today. Another salesperson referred me back to Mark when I couldn't remember his name from 2007. Everything was handled by one person, Mark. There were a few minor scratches all fixed no questions asked. I had a follow up concern that I took to the service department. Unlike a similar incident in 2007 it was all resolved no questions asked. The service is managed by a team leader who has his own team of technicians, so once again, the customer deals with one person. So unlike 2007 when I said I will never take my car to Dorschel service I am going to give Todd Thomas and his team a chance to show me I can trust them to perform the scheduled maintenance that has kept my 2004 running reliably, Thank you to all for making this purchase an enjoyable experience. Taking the scare out of buying a car Ryan was with me from start to finish answering all my questions. When he said Dorschel would be there for me after I buy my car I actually believed Ryan was with me from start to finish answering all my questions. When he said Dorschel would be there for me after I buy my car I actually believed him. I did my homework but I also did not feel pressured or rushed. I was able to buy one of my top 2 picks in the pre owned inventory. I do not enjoy the car buying experience but Ryan and Dorschel at least made it bearable. More

No "let me check with my manager and see what we can do...." In our situation, we were torn between 2 cars -- 1 at Dorschel and the other at a different dealership. Mike was very professional about the situation and throughout the day we went back & forth to each dealership to compare the vehicles. We finally decided on a Toyota Corolla from Dorschel which was in MINT condition and had some extras to boot. Couldn't be happier with the car, which had such low mileage the original factory warranty was still good for almost 3 years. More
