Mike provided great customer service from the beginning all the way to the end. He was very patient with us especially when were undecided between the Honda CRV and Honda HRV. Mike was even accommodating enough to let us have a lunch break to finalize our decisions. Albeit it was the longest transaction, we felt that we left the dealership happy with our purchase and not feeling rushed. In fact, he showed us side by side comparison of the 2 vehicles and answered all the questions we had with professionalism. Our biggest concern walking in the dealership was pushy and aggressive car salesperson which we experienced the day before at a different location. We were both glad that Mike never displayed any pushiness and that he understood that we wanted a vehicle that fits our budget. Mike further showed excellent customer service when we came in on 01/16/17 to pick up our rear seat cover, he told us that he would call if it arrives sooner and even offered to drop it off at our place. Mike didn't had to do that and we appreciate his effort to provide customer service above and beyond what is expected of him. Met with Mike McIntosh and ended up buying a 2016 CRV Started day with visit to Honda with goal to visit NW Jeep & Kia afterwards to compare offers. Met with Mike McIntosh and ended up buying a 2016 CRV EXL instead. Mike was courteous, knowledgeable and most important - very patient with seniors who had researched the CRV and requested comparisons of the available models, features and pricing. He also listened to our concerns regarding safety, access, value and net cost after trading in our Jeep Grand Cherokee. At no time did he ever try to pressure us and we felt comfortable with completing all of the financial documents with him. We will review our new CRV after we have had time driving and experiencing what it has to offer. So far I am loving the ease of loading and unloading my groceries! I have alone had to make decisions and buy my own vehicles.Although I do research to try and prepare myself to make the right decisions in car buying, My car buying experiences have always been the worst decisions of my life. I do take responsibility and try to be smart about purchases, but when I deal with slimeball lying sales men research didn't matter. Just completed paying off the finance company for the last lemon I bought, October 2016 I rejoiced in not having a car payment, that lasted one day as the next day the car broke down once again. This vehicle has caused me near financial ruin and my anxiety about car buying was extreme, I literally was shaking as I walked in to Beaverton Honda dreading what they would say or mainly NOT say truthfully. To say the experience was the greatest is an understatement. Thank you Mike McIntosh for being a genuine, honest, respectable man and for holding my hand, helping me when I needed it the most.
