Emmaly is terrific. On the other hand, I have had a couple of interactions with Emmaly and she is consistently competent and professional. Management needs to know how important it is to have good employees like Emmaly to keep customers coming back and buying more vehicles. Service departments make or break car dealerships. Why I waited to go to Bob Lindsay, and to visit with my daughter I worked 30 years as a mechanic on CTA buses and cars I know a bit about repair work, and the shuttle service is excellent, the lady that drove me was friendly, she drove me to my daughters and picked me up the next day at the hotel, this is very nice service. thanks Bob Lindsay, always a pleasure doing buisness with you. The same can be said for Brian Bevill (Finance) who went through all the dealer options available to us and explaining the finance process in an easy to understand manner. The only negative was being limited in the amount of down payment that could be made using a credit card. Brian did explain the reasoning however. More

Customer Satisfaction In the past several weeks I have had issues with my 2013 CR-V. My car would not start on a Saturday morning. I called Bob Lindsay service and they s In the past several weeks I have had issues with my 2013 CR-V. My car would not start on a Saturday morning. I called Bob Lindsay service and they said to bring it in. They replaced the battery and within 45 minutes I was on my way. The service person was Zach Noe. Then I had my vehicle serviced to replace a broken lower control arm on the rear axle. At the same time the service department performed a multi point inspection. This inspection gave me the satisfaction and piece of mind that no damage was done to the cars undercarriage. In addition to Linzy, I was also assisted by Jen Wright. So from the Sales floor to your Service Department, the Bob Lindsay dealership is very customer oriented and I have recommended it to family and friends. I live about 60 miles from Peoria and have purchased 2 CR-V's from Bob Lindsay. I have all service done with Bob Lindsay. The drive is worth. More
