good service honest employees I like that when I come here I dont get sold things I dont need or pushed to buy extra. I would suggest the service employees push the volkswagon service card because its a really good way to get things fixed and pay on payments or get a little bit back. More
Horrible Total lack of communication. Dropped my car off for minor repairs last Wednesday. Was called on Thursday and told that it would be about 800 to 900 Total lack of communication. Dropped my car off for minor repairs last Wednesday. Was called on Thursday and told that it would be about 800 to 900 dollars. Heard nothing on Friday so my husband and I stopped by to check the status, was told that they were waiting on a part and my car had gotten bumped in line. We told Dan to please let us know on Monday if there was a chance for the car to be ready by Tuesday so we could carpool or not. I heard nothing Monday so I texted Dan in the afternoon no reply. Tuesday I called again and had mentioned to the lady who answered the phone that communication was horrible. Dan called soon after and said it was ready. We picked it up last night, to my surprise the total came to almost 1500. No one called to see if that was acceptable. I had class last night so I couldn't stay to discuss further. One of the items that I wanted fixed had no been addressed and my newly installed stereo isn't working now. I sent Bud Smith an email last night and still no response. I feel that since I'm a woman I was not listened to and did not approve almost double in repair costs. Horrible is my experience. More
