Under this unique program, the dealer orders the car We recently purchase a Volvo from Bob Penkhus through the Volvo Overseas Delivery Program (OSD). Under this unique program, the dealer orders the car according to the buyer’s specification, the buyer picks the car up in Sweden at the factory and can then drive the car in Europe for up to six months before returning it to the factory for shipment to the United States. Needless to say, this transaction has a number of moving parts that require careful coordination by a knowledgeable and experienced dealer. The team at Bob Penkhus was nothing short of fantastic.
