I had a wonderful experience with this dealership while shopping for a new Kia Carnival. There was one on the lot that I was particularly interested in, but we live 2+ hours from the lot. Thankfully, Randi shopping for a new Kia Carnival. There was one on the lot that I was particularly interested in, but we live 2+ hours from the lot. Thankfully, Randi was extremely helpful with sending us a video of the van and all of the essential details we needed to purchase the vehicle. We decided that was the car for us! Their customer service was beyond what I could’ve imagined — Randi went as far as delivering the vehicle to our home as it is hard for us to leave home during the week with our babies. I am forever grateful that they got our family into a wonderful, new, safe car! More
