The service reps are amazing, very helpful, very personable, very thorough with their explanation of what's being done. They gave me a loaner for the first job which was a big one. My previous dealer did not do that. Never gave loners and with this second job they offered to take me to the mall or anywhere I wanted to go until the job was done again. My previous dealer did not do that I would highly recommend Bob rohrman Ford. More
