To the point of my having mentioned a great disdain for dealer branding on cars (you know, the license plate frames and dealership "branding" sticker) on Friday, in passing. We made an appointment, but because it was Memorial Day weekend, he was busy when I arrived. He turned me over to Heather Campbell. He kept checking with me during the time I was there. I was very well taken care of by both of them. I was a serious buyer, but I did not feel that I was under any pressure. It was so different from another dealership (not Subaru) that I had visited weeks before. In that case, I wanted to run away screaming. Afterwards the phone calls were relentless. Not so at Bob Wade. Even though I had contacted them several times in the months before, I was treated like a mature person who could make up her own mind. When I was ready to buy, I felt that the staff was straightforward. Several times they told me how much they enjoyed working there and working with others on the team. It was as pleasant an experience as could it could be parting with that much money. But I felt respected and cared for. Great dealership! More
Friendly, unhurried, helpful I visited the Bob Wade dealership to check out a new Forester and was greeted by Brandon Mitchell. Brandon was able to answer my questions that day with no pressure. After reading over the brochure he gave me, I made a second visit to pursue the purchase of a 2016 Forester Premium . After deciding on the model I desired, there was none to be found for miles around in my color choice! Brandon and his sales manager tried very hard to locate one for me. A couple days later I received a call from Brandon that a Forester Limited in the color I liked had been found. A third visit sealed the deal and I will be picking up my new vehicle at the end of the week. Everyone I dealt with at Bob Wade was pleasant and helpful and the facility is clean and spacious. More

Could not ask for better We spent nearly three months researching SUV's on the internet as well as at dealerships. Eventually narrowing our search to two. After test driving them, the Subaru Forester was the clear choice. We met several members of the Bob Wade staff (and enjoyed talking with all of them), but Aaron Baldwin quarterbacked the entire process. I had been looking for a good deal on a used vehicle for over two months and had finally come down to two vehicles from CarMax; however, I wanted to t I had been looking for a good deal on a used vehicle for over two months and had finally come down to two vehicles from CarMax; however, I wanted to take one last look before making any final decisions and wound up speaking with Aaron Baldwin from Bob Wade Autoworld. From the start, I felt more comfortable on their lot than any other dealership; Aaron quickly established what I was looking for and did not try to upsell anything to me. I truly felt as though he was trying to simply find the best fit for me rather than sell me anything with big dollar signs and promises of big commissions. Furthermore, I appreciate that his first determination was earning my business, which he truly did, and his flexibility and understanding when i told him that I had other cars I was considering; that is to say that he was not pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and was great about sticking only to the cars that he knew would fit both my budget and needs. I was so impressed with both his services and the servicing deals through the Bob Wade's dealership that I felt it was a no-brainer to make my decision. Perhaps my only complaint was in the actual purchasing of the car. While they were very good about finding a reliable and affordable rate for me (everyone I have talked to about it has been impressed with the deal), the person who took me through the paperwork went at a very fast pace which was a little scary for me since this was my first time buying through a dealership. I had to remind her once or twice that I would like to look over some of the paperwork slowly to ensure my understanding of the payments being made and the signatures I was providing. Otherwise, she was very pleasant and helpful with my questions. Truly a great experience! More

He listened to what I was looking for, and quickly gave me several options that fit perfectly. Negotiating with his team was hassle-free and they were very accommodating.
