I was lucky to find a vehicle even better than i was looking for at Bocker. We were greeted by Jake, and he took great care of us! He was both professional and personable. Everything went so smooth and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I noticed before we left the lot that the check air bag light came on. I was assured it would get looked at and everything would be made right. I decided to take the vehicle home that day and would schedule an appointment with the service department. However, i got a text from Jake saying he would bring me a loaner vehicle and take my vehicle to get looked at so i wouldn't have to worry about anything. He personally brought me a loaner, and when my vehicle was done he returned it. Turned out a wire must have got caught and damaged when the seat was moved. Bocker took care of everything. Jake kept me informed every step of the way which was very appreciated. I was very happy with my experience of purchasing a vehicle at Bocker, the staff made me feel valued as a customer which is huge. I would highly recommend Bocker to anyone! More
