Many new vehicles I've purchased many new vehicles over the years( 1 1 or 12) ,but never from the same dealer twice.To me a dealer has always been like a Home Improveme I've purchased many new vehicles over the years( 1 1 or 12) ,but never from the same dealer twice.To me a dealer has always been like a Home Improvement store,they have a product I buy it, I'm happy. But this time around it was different, right away I was greeted by " I believe"Craig Sammelman, I told him I was there to buy a F150.So he set me up with Lamont Hawthorne as my sales rep.From there I told Mr Hawthorne that I was looking for a specific truck, one I saw on on the web site,but that truck had been sold.So Mr Hawthorne ask what I was looking for in a truck.I told him a basic Xl 8ft bed,reg cab with locking differential.I also told I'd be buying under the Z Plan,"not much money in this sale". But it didn't seem to make a difference,Mr Hawthorne checked Bommaritos inventory,with no luck, then he looked online and fond a truck at another dealer.A truck similar to the one I was there at Bommarito to look at to begin with, but with more options, for about the same price.Mr Hawthorne said he could have the truck on Monday.So we made the deal. As I said at the start this experience was different.Excellent sales people, very customer friendly Mr Hawthorne stayed with the sale from the first moment to even after the sale was done,with fellow up calls. I can say I'll be back.My wife drives a 2011 F150 and we'll be looking to replace that vehicle in a year or two. Thank You For A Most Excellent Dealer Experience, Charles ...
