Best car-buying experience I ever had. My wife and I were in a position where we had to buy a new car, due to the transmission failing on one of ours. We checked out several different pre-o My wife and I were in a position where we had to buy a new car, due to the transmission failing on one of ours. We checked out several different pre-owned cars at a few different dealers online, but we were both a bit wary about buying pre-owned, as neither of us ever had before. Justin Phillips was our Sales Consultant, and he went above and beyond to assuage our fears and help us feel comfortable with our decision. We didn't feel like second-class citizens because we weren't buying a new car, and I feel like we got the same first-class treatment as we would if we were spending much more. The car we wanted to buy had a few small paint chips, which Bommarito is taking care of for us, and even giving me a loaner to drive while they do it. Tony Boyd, the Business Manager was very patient with us, answering all of our questions regarding financing and warranties, and showing us several different ways we could structure our loan to work best for us. Perfect Truck I test drove trucks at two other dealers and decided exactly what I wanted but it was not in inventory at any of the local dealers. Called Bommarito Ford (the only Ford dealer with a free 10yr/200k warranty) and talked to Steve Nodiff and told him exactly what I wanted. Steve found my "perfect truck" out of state and had it delivered within a few days. I received fair value on my trade in and the sale was fast, professional with no surprises. Chris Clark handled the financing and was not pushy and was knowledgeable and informative on all the warranty's available. If your looking for a Ford I highly recommend Bommarito Ford and Steve Nodiff. More
