Trying to make a deal for a new truck with a trade in I was told from the beginning that they accept Edmunds trade in value. After spending about two hours dealing back and forth they low balled me a trad I was told from the beginning that they accept Edmunds trade in value. After spending about two hours dealing back and forth they low balled me a trade in value that I already told them I wouldn't accept. They sent me the Edmunds appraisal and it did not list most of my options on it. I sent them my appraisal and I got no reply. It is my opinion that this is a shady way of saying they will accept appraisals from Edmunds then not listing your appraisal correctly. I would not recommend to this dealership to anyone.
