Worst New Car delivery process seen in 45 years. 1. Parts not assembled (antenna stick). Dash display showed "In Transport mode". NO SD card installed for NAV system. Overhead lights in cabin will not go on when door is opened, then would not go out while in motion when driving home in the dark. 2. F&I person took 1.5 hrs. to close finance contract, even though customer had pre-approval arranged at Credit Union. 3. Ford Focus was delivered with only ONE key fob. Had to drive back to dealer 42 miles(84 Round-trip) next day & still incomplete. More

Tony was very helpful in making my first car purchase as painless as possible and explained all the paperwork along the way (and broke the stree with a few laughs) For as many cars as Bommarito sells, they seem genuinely thankful for each person who chooses to buy from them.
