This is the first time ever my husband and I have had such a positive car buying experience. Our previous vehicle had quite a bit of negative equity and finding a car dealer who was willing to offer a fair amount for our trade was proving to be a bit challenging. Steve introduced us to the nicely equipped 2015 Ford Escape and thoroughly explained the rebates and incentives that were available to us. Due to his vast knowledge of vehicles, Steve immediately noticed the additional value in our vehicle, as a result, we received more than a fair amount for our trade. Car buying issues When I purchased my car, I had several problems. missing key lost paperwork and other issues. My salesman Steve tried his best to fix the problems.
