Initially contacting Kevin Hall of the Bommarito Group and later working directly with Sergey Gilgof at the Ford Store we eventially settled on a lease of a new Explorer. The process was smooth and direct. Impressive was that in not finding available locally a vehicle of our requirements they went considerably out of area to do so without hesitation and at no extra cost. We signed Monday and took delivery Friday. We encountered professionalism, competance, and satisfaction at every level. I cannot imagine any better. PS.
