The Best First Time Car Buyer I was a first time car buyer and a mother of two. I first walked into the dealership not having a clue as to what to do. Then I met Sue Doyle she tota I was a first time car buyer and a mother of two. I first walked into the dealership not having a clue as to what to do. Then I met Sue Doyle she totally took her time with me. She was super knowledgeable on all of her car products. She could tell you pros and cons of Honda as well as her competitors. So I didn't buy that day nor did I feel extreme pressure from her. A week past and I pulled up to the dealer and she knew my name and the car I was looking at. She went to her desk and just gave me the keys. Talk about great customer service. Sue was incredible! Anyone needing a car you better call Sue Doyle. My finance guy Jim worked a magic miracle with those numbers. He made sure I got that dream car and I did. Jim was patient and kind something you don't usually get with the finance person. No games, no changing things, everything as we had agreed. From the time I arrived at the dealership, to the time I was leaving in the new car was a little over 2 hours which was great. They offered an extremely competitive price, which no dealership came close to. Michael Minner handled the finance side of things, and also was very pleasant and great to deal with. Very Delighted with the CRV and the whole Bommarito experience. More
