Unprofessional and incompetent. When a person makes an inquiry and asks specific questions it’d be expected you’d get a direct answer. Nope, he ignored the request and went directly to putting money down inquiry and asks specific questions it’d be expected you’d get a direct answer. Nope, he ignored the request and went directly to putting money down to hold the vehicle. Even worse, I explain the situation and he sarcastically responds to the email. Unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend the dealership. Look at other reviews, clearly shady people in it for a buck instead of the best interest of the customer. More

We purchased a vehicle at the Honda Superstore Feb. 6, 2021. Our salesman was John Hart. He was very helpful! I only gave it a 4 b/c i was preapproved for Westlake up to 11,xxx, with down payment of $2600... When I got there the only old style Honda that was shown to me was a 2014 with down payment of $4000... My s to 11,xxx, with down payment of $2600...
