The staff, in general, was very friendly and accommodating every time I came in. In particular my salesperson, Don, was very attentive, informative, and thoughtful when discussing my family's prospect of getting a new car. It's a big investment for a family, and Don exhibited the type of service that other sales personnel should strive for. He listed to our needs and wants and he put in the effort to find a good fit for us. We never felt pressured. Don was very open and transparent about the process so we felt very comfortable with who and what we were dealing with. Jim, the person who worked on our financing, was very personable and took the time to explain the calculations of our monthly payments. The car was prepped and cleaned while I finished up the paperwork and I was able to drive off in the right vehicle at the right price. More

There was no gimmicks, no dragging out the process, and didn't try to pad the cost with things such as multi-point inspections, which are available for no extra cost at Bommarito. Milan was our salesman, but he was really more a facilitator. The whole process was easy and not high pressure. There was no need. More
