So we shopped around again at different locations and returned to Bommarito Honda to purchase the first of two new cars we plan to buy. There was no gimmicks, no dragging out the process, and didn't try to pad the cost with things such as multi-point inspections, which are available for no extra cost at Bommarito. Milan was our salesman, but he was really more a facilitator. The whole process was easy and not high pressure. There was no need. More

Damage to front fender of car when purchased. I purchased a 2017 Lexus IS300 on June 3rd, 2018 with very few miles (2800). This is the first car I have every purchased by myself. I am 62. When I purchased a 2017 Lexus IS300 on June 3rd, 2018 with very few miles (2800). This is the first car I have every purchased by myself. I am 62. When I got the car home I did a thorough check of the car. I noticed that the driver's side front fender had a substantial dent in it, no paint scratches, and hard to notice. I called the dealer and was told to bring it in. I took the car in and was told by my salesman that "we would never let a car leave the lot like this". Of course indicating that I had done the damage. I also wrote a letter to the general manager and received no response. Someone at that dealership knows that the damage was there when it was traded in. I am very discouraged with how this was handled. The car was waxed by someone who surely knew the dent was there. I took my car to Plaza Lexus yesterday and it will cost me $1500.00 to have the fender repaired. My advice is to make sure you inspect your vehicle as thoroughly as possible and DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD! Barbara Yancey, St. Charles, MO More
