Great experience I went to Bommarito looking for a new or late model used Honda CRV. As soon as I described the vehicle I wanted and my price range (low) Mike Rosen f I went to Bommarito looking for a new or late model used Honda CRV. As soon as I described the vehicle I wanted and my price range (low) Mike Rosen found me a 2017 Honda CRV that had only 35 miles on it. I was thrilled. It was even a beautiful red! It had all the features I wanted base model with AWD. Within a few hours I was driving my new car home, Thank you for your foresight in ordering popular vehicles and for your great respectful treatment of your customers. While in the waiting room, I was greeted by Kevin Hall who had assisted with this purchase 3 years ago We recently had our 2014 Honda Pilot serviced. While in the waiting room, I was greeted by Kevin Hall who had assisted with this purchase 3 years ago and also introduced me to Todd Eversgerd for the last two leases with a Maxima. As always, Kevin was extremely friendly, spent some time with me to catch up. He was checking in to see if we were still happy with the purchase as well as the new Maxima that took place about a month ago (credited to Todd Eversgerd). Without a doubt, Kevin is a genuine individual. I trust him and will continue to refer him when it comes to any car purchase within the Bommarito family. Keep up the great work Kevin! More

Will NEVER give another chance to this dealership ever again Spent about 30+ minutes waiting for someone to come and talk to me, despite having set up an appointment, and it wasn't until close to the 35 minute m Spent about 30+ minutes waiting for someone to come and talk to me, despite having set up an appointment, and it wasn't until close to the 35 minute mark that somebody finally came to ask if I had been helped. After test driving a vehicle the salesman then proceeded to tell me that the price of the car was already great and it would not change. I asked if he could at least match the pricing of other dealerships, and he once again said "no". Then the salesman proceeded to tell me how the current price was spectacular and it was already priced "hard to beat". As most people know, this is not the case. My mom was already wanting to leave at this point, as she saw he was not going to budge, but I attempted once again. In a noticeably aggravated tone, the salesman asked me to visit him in his office. I motioned for my dad to come with me and my mom left to sit in the vehicle. I was given multiple paperwork in an attempt to justify the price and I said, "well, if you're not willing to budge then, like I said, I'm fine just walking and you can sell it to someone else." The dealer again said, "well I would like to sell to you if you want to take the vehicle home tonight, but I need you to know that this is the best price. The only reason why you came to this location is because we offer the best deal. That's the reason why you came." I politely told him that that was not the reason, it just had my car of interest and I was just starting on my search. Again, the dealer repeated his spiel about how they already offered the best price and that I wouldn't find a better deal elsewhere. I was getting irritated myself at this point and stopped making conversation and just said, "yes" or "no" in an attempt to leave. After another 10 minutes of being told that this was the best deal available and how I was only there because of their amazing pricing, then viewing more paperwork "justifying" the pricing, I was finally able to get up and leave. Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth and I was absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer care. I came based off of the recommendation of a friend who bought a new car there, but perhaps they treat their "used car" customers differently. I gave Bommarito Honda a chance 3 years ago and this will be the last time I make that mistake again. More
