Purchasing a New Honda Civic I went into Bommarito Honda looking to purchase a new Honda Civic after getting into a car accident. Two days before I went in I called up the dealers I went into Bommarito Honda looking to purchase a new Honda Civic after getting into a car accident. Two days before I went in I called up the dealership and was directed to Josh. He helped answer my questions that I had over the phone and since I knew he was already helpful and willing to help more, I made sure he was the one I talked to when I went to get my new car. Josh made the process of purchasing a new vehicle veryeasy. I didn't have to talk down price on the vehicle, he was super straight forward and even helped me to choose a car that would be better for my current financial situation. He also helped me to get the color of car that I wanted as well, red. After helping me get the new 2017 Honda Civic, Josh even helped me understand all the processes I needed to do to get my license plates transferred and what paper work all to bring to the DMV. Overall Josh is a great salesmen, he's friendly, helpful, not pushy what so ever, he cared way more about me being happy with my purchase instead of just making a sale. They offered us coffee hot chocolate or anything we wanted to drink The car was perfectly clean and we were in and out in no time at all. Jeff Dales is a prince of a man; so kind and thoughtful. He went over the whole car, make sure I was confident in my ability to use all the newest gadgetry and stayed past closing to do it. The first couple of days I own the car I had a couple questions and Jeff was always there to pick up the phone and resolve the questions I had.
